GRX10 engages the following subprocessors to provide the Services. Each is bound by data-protection terms and may process personal data only on GRX10's instructions.

Notes
- Telephony (call origination and termination) runs on carriers and numbers that each customer brings and contracts directly; those carriers act for the customer, not as GRX10 subprocessors.
- AI model providers may change as models improve; this list is updated before a new provider begins processing.
- GRX10 does not store raw payment-card data; card handling is delegated to the PCI-compliant payment processor (Razorpay) (SAQ-A scope).
- Customers are notified of new subprocessors before they begin processing, per the DPA.
